June 2025 Client...
Tara and her team are nothing short of incredible. We approached her in the fall with the crazy idea to throw a music festival wedding at the end of June at a riverside park- where we needed her to coordinate 3 bands AND bring in everything from restroom trailers to a food truck to mobile bartending.
Not only did she rise to the challenge, but the day was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. She had a plan (and back-up plan!) for everything, and she coordinated with no less than 15 vendors to make sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding. She had a ton of local vendor suggestions, as well, for everything from flowers to misting fans.
On top of that, she is a truly lovely human who was a JOY to work with. Many wedding guests even commented to me on how wonderful she is! If you are looking for the perfect balance of love and logistics- you will be thrilled with Engaged Event Management!

Booking Engaged Event Mgt was the absolute best decision we could’ve made to make sure our wedding went smoothly - it was 1000% worth it and would encourage others to hire the team - all of the girls who were there on the wedding day really thought of every detail - we had lots of DIY decor and very specific decor desires that the team did an amazing job setting up and making our vision come to life. If you’re having any hesitation about hiring a coordinator and think you can do it all yourself like I did - I can confirm it’s DEF worth it and you can trust Engaged to make your day absolutely perfect!

I cannot recommend Tara and the engaged team enough. My husband and I both have horrendous ADHD and difficult work schedules and Tara kept us on track, under budget and helped deliver a weekend of wonderful memories we will cherish forever. She worked beautifully with every single vendor, kept us on target with any To Dos and helped prevent several disasters from making it to our radar until they were solved problems and funny stories. Cannot thank her enough for helping make our three day Punjabi/Irish Catholic fusion extravaganza a reality. I was so lucky to be able to throw my phone in a bag and simply enjoy the time with friends and family who had traveled from near and far to celebrate us. By far the best investment we made in the planning process.

Working with Tara was the best decision Shane and I made. Her team came highly recommended by Manayunk Brewery. Tara made the time to be on calls with vendors, ensuring all details were ironed out, which was so helpful because she asked the questions we had no idea to ask. Hiring Tara and her staff was the best thing we could have done for my daughter’s wedding. Although the venue provided coordinators, they were no where near as helpful and reliable as Tara. She arrived on wedding day with an unbelievable supply of everything we could possibly need. We thought we were prepared but relied on her “Mary Poppins” rolling bag for our last-minute emergencies. I can’t possibly list all the things she oversaw that day, but I can tell you it took an unbelievable burden off our shoulders and allowed us to simply relax and enjoy every moment of the day we worked months for.
Tara took care of so many preliminary wedding necessities before the big day. From checking in and establishing a rapport with all of our vendors to meeting and communicating with us throughout our whole planning process. She provided us with all the resources we needed to ensure that the day was perfect and free from any last minute worries.
